Founded in 2001, Pildo Labs is an engineering company specialized in delivering top of the edge technology within the aeronautics and space sectors. Company's team is multicultural, young, creative, energetic, interdisciplinary and with a solid background in technology.

The operation of Pildo Labs is structured in three main areas: 

• Navigation services, in charge of delivering GNSS services to aeronautical sector;
• Software services, in charge of providing software development support to the other areas of the company and also directly to clients that need critical software such as Space sector and Finance clients; 
• R&D services, responsible for developing new services and products that provide the company with a strategic position.

As shown, the company main activity is focused within the Aeronautical sector, in which Pildo Labs is recognized as expert in GNSS applied to air navigation within EU market thanks to its leadership since the very beginning in the most strategic projects for the main European bodies in this field. 

Most of these projects have been developed in consortium with the main actors of the European industry in multiyear R+D collaboration programs related to SBAS (Space Based Augmentation Systems), GBAS (Ground Based Augmentation Systems) and other related GNSS technologies.

The company has an excellent record in the successful completion of studies and developments for major clients such as EUROCONTROL, ESA, The European Commission, National Air Navigation Service providers and governments; and is, or has been, involved in many European international projects.

NAV Portugal’s main mission is to provide air traffic services in the flight information regions (FIR) under Portuguese responsibility – Lisbon and Santa Maria, ensuring that national and international regulations are complied with in the best safety conditions, optimising capacities, and emphasizing efficiency while not neglecting environmental concerns.  

In addition to the Lisbon and Santa Maria Air Traffic Control Centres, NAV Portugal provides air traffic services at the control towers of Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Funchal, Porto Santo, Santa Maria, Ponta Delgada, Horta, and Flores airports.

Due to NAV Portugal geographical services provision location and regional interfaces, the company supported FAA and SJU/SESAR initiatives on the ATM modernization, namely on the AIRE framework.  NAV Portugal is keen to support environmental initiatives like AIRE and Clean Sky and projects like ATAEGINA to achieve environmental gains on the daily services provision to their customers.

ENVISA is an environmental research and consultancy company focusing on noise, emissions, economics and sustainability for the aviation sector. ENVISA has expertise in noise, GHG emissions and LAQ (local air quality) applied to the aeronautical sector. ENVISA also has expertise in avionics, air traffic management operations and air traffic forecast. 

In the past ENVISA has been involved in various research projects, including Cleansky and FP7 projects. ENVISA has also experience in developing environmental tool for the aviation sector (for both aircraft and airports). ENVISA is also a certified ISO 14064 verifier in the context of EU-ETS for aviation and has verified Monitoring Plans and Annual Emissions Report (under EU ETS) for more than hundred aircraft operators (in Europe, Africa, Asia).

ANA, SA holds a concession to run public airport service supporting civil aviation in Portugal.
